Canine Assisted Therapy
Canine Assisted Therapy is a premier provider of training, evaluation, and certification for canine therapy assistance teams in ten southern Florida counties. The teams make visits to children’s programs in schools, foster care, hospitals, and the court system, as well as senior care facilities, bereavement groups, etc. , providing nearly 200 hours weekly of therapeutic care. Approximately 75 to 85 percent of their teams involve a rescue dog.
